The Kanaskat Bridge project consisted of Level II seismic retrofitting. This included the removal of existing tie rods, installation of new tie rods, steel casing, and beam assemblies. Additional work included drilling and installation of rock anchors, dowel bars, and concrete corner connections along the arch, installation of 7,764 lb. steel-reinforcements for the bridge. This project included 900 hours of traffic control labor and 6 tons of Class B asphalt concrete pavement.
