Construction of a 6 million gallon AWWA D110 Type I pre-stressed concrete tank including foundation, foundation drains, pipe penetrations, overflow piping, mixing system, access hatch and ladder, protective coating systems, and  other necessary appurtenances; 

New at-grade 560 Zone booster pump station with multiple pump configuration, split faced CMU walls, standing seam metal roof, bathroom and operation room facilities, receptacle and parking pad for portable trailer mounted generator, sidewalks, associated electrical equipment, heating and cooling system, and additional space for a future pump and potential hydro-power generation equipment; 

New onsite below grade storm water detention facility; 

Site improvements including yard piping, storm drains, sewer connection, gravel access path, chain link fence, site lighting and surveillance equipment, street frontage improvements, final grading, and landscaping improvements.
