The Poulsbo Stormwater Decant Facility includes the construction of a vactor decant/drop box facility pre-engineered metal building and an emergency shower/bathroom pre-cast building. Work consists of site grading, erection of retaining walls, stormwater collection, a conveyance and treatment infrastructure, and construct a water distribution and sanitary sewer conveyance. In addition, new asphalt pavement surface and curbs, preparation of a compacted base in preparation for new asphalt pavement and landscaping
