The Winlock Waste Water Treatment Plant project consisted of a new headworks facility, submersible pump station, and MBR basins, as well as upgrades to the City’s waste solids handling equipment. Additional work included the construction of new CMU building to house the MBR treatment system equipment and associated piping, the installation of new ultraviolet disinfection units to treat system effluent, and standby generator and the addition of two (2) pre-engineered metal buildings to act as a shop building and a housing unit for system electrical/control equipment.
