Creation of new skate park with extensive, highly-finished concrete work and installation of glass paneled fence.
Work also included the partial removal of the upper floor of an existing two-story, concrete, tilt-up building, installation of weather proofing and new insulation. Existing electrical and mechanical systems were reconfigured to keep the lower floor of the building operational and occupied during and after construction.
